Bergulé Syrah & Viognier

Variety: Syrah – 80 %, Viognier – 20 %

Alcohol: 14 % vol.

Winemaking: The two varieties are fermented together in stainless steel vats. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine is aged 6 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.

Food pairings: spicy food, lamb, cheese, pork, game
