Thank you to all who visited us at the winery during our celebration of the Day of Trifon Zarezan – the Bulgarian saint of Winemaking and Vinegrowing, 14th Feb 2016!
Together with our guests and staff, we initiated the pruning of the vines!
We celebrated with traditional dancing and singing by folklore groups from the Melnik region.
We hosted a farmers market with local producers.
We gave tours of the winery and tastings throughout the day, and presented our newest wines:
- Orange Wine 2015
- AplauZ Shiroka Melnik
