  Delivery price

The shipping cost is charged separately from the price of the products and is displayed immediately before payment. The delivery price depends on the chosen delivery method.

• For Sofia: The delivery is handled by the Villa Melnik team after a prior call from our side.
• For Sofia and the country: The price is determined according to the tariff of the courier we work with.
• For deliveries outside Bulgaria: please contact us at the contacts listed.

For orders and deliveries to shops, restaurants and other partners and corporate customers, please contact us at the contacts below.

Delivery time

Orders placed before 10am are fulfilled within 2-3 working days.

Orders placed after 10am are fulfilled within 3-4 business days.

Orders to Sofia are fulfilled after a call from our team and confirmation from the recipient.

Delivery time depends on the location and the courier company’s schedule.
