Tasting notes: Pale lemon color. The nose is elegant with intense spring flowers, green grass, and ripe citrus fruit – lemon and grapefruit. On a second sniff, there is apricot and peach, and the finish is with exotic notes – pineapple and mango. A medium bodied, well-balanced wine. The finish is long and pronounced.

Food pairing: soft cheeses, goats cheese, brie, camembert, fish, seafood, spicy food, asian foods, sushi and sashimi.

Alcohol: 12.5 % vol.
