1. Rose Shiroka Melnik Semi- Dry – This semi-dry rose from the inidgenous grape Shiroka Melnik is the perfect treat for summer! Very fresh, with pleasant sweetness, balanced with good acidity. The initial aroma is of fruity jelly beans. The finish is typical for this grape variety – ripe strawberries, which adds depth and full flavor to this rose.
Perfect to share with friends on a hot summer evening!
2. Aplauz Rose Melnik & Mavrud – rosé from the region’s typical Shiroka Melnik Vine in combination with Mavrud, which has found its new home in the Melnik region.
3.Bergule Mavrud & Melnik – Deep color, intriguing aroma with black cherry, herbal and ethereal notes. Spicy, fresh wine with solid tannin structure and memorable aftertaste, no contact with oak
4.Bergule Melnik Semi-dry – We used the traditional way of producing semi-dry wines in our region. The fermentation process was halted before it was complete through cold shock. The result is a pleasant off-dry wine at 13.5% alc/vol and 10gr of residual sugar, with fruity aromas and taste. The wine was bottled without any contact with oak in order to preserve it’s light and fruity character.
5.Aplauz Melnik 55 Reserve – an emblematic variety for the region, also known as Early Melnik Vine. A full-bodied aromatic wine.
6.Aplauz Mavrud Reserve – one of our most awarded wines this year. Powerful and elegant Mavrud, aged for 18 months in Bulgarian barrels in the deep tunnels under the winery.
