On the occasion of the spring holidays, Lazarus Day, Palm Sunday, Easter, St. George’s Day; one of the owners of the winery, Nikola Zikatanov, has personally selected for you his rarest wines from limited series.

Three of the wines are “single barrel”, that is, a single selected best cask, which equates to 225L or 300 bottles.

The other three wines are from the “Rare Varieties” series and embody Villa Melnik’s mission to preserve and revive unique Melnik local varieties.

The wines were aged for 24 months in Bulgarian and French barrels in our cool cellar dug in the Melnik sandstone. They are a pleasure for the senses, impress with their uniqueness and are suitable for special occasions and for serious collections.
