Dear friends and wine lovers,<\/em><\/strong>
\nThank you for once again being part of the celebration dedicated to vine-growers and winemakers \u2014 Trifon Zarezan at Villa Melnik 2025.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, February 15, 2025, the energy of several thousand people charged our vineyards for a fruitful and bountiful year! We shook the entire Melnik Valley with music and dancing!<\/p>\n

Special thanks to\u00a0Nikolina Chakardakova<\/a>, who heroically sang on top of a wine barrel for over an hour, and to her ensemble, who led the traditional dance in front of the vineyards! The lively dances continued into the early afternoon, and toasts were raised until sunset.<\/p>\n

At Villa Melnik, we traditionally invite artisans and producers to join our celebration. We are grateful to the farmers and small businesses from across Bulgaria who made the event more colorful, tastier, and healthier:<\/p>\n

Every wine lover knows that the same wine can taste different depending on the food it\u2019s paired with. We thank the chefs from wineandchef, The Traveling Chef, Tihiyat Kut (The Quiet Corner), and shishi.bg who made sure we were well-fed and happy.<\/p>\n

And most of all, we thank the Villa Melnik team \u2014 our colleagues \u2014 who worked tirelessly to organize this beautiful celebration for all of us! And who continue to work every day in the fields and in the winery to craft the wine we all love so much!<\/p>\n
