Dieci Boutique Restaurant, created by the world culinary phenomenon Chef Gianfranco Chiarini and Chef Anna Chiarini, are holding two summer pop-up dinners in the Melnik region! Dieci opened just over a year ago and stirred the Bulgarian culinary scene. The Chiarini family made a clear statement that they will earn the first Michelin Star for Bulgaria, thus placing Bulgaria on the world gourmet stage.<\/p>\n

Now, by invitation from the local restaurant and hospitality community, Chefs Gianfranco and Anna Chiarini will bring the Dieci experience to the Melnik region.<\/p>\n

Dieci is a unique dining experience that includes the flavors, aromas, textures, food aesthetics, wine pairing, fine dining service, the philosophy of sustainability and of locally sourced seasonal products \u2013 and all of this combined with the opportunity for personal interaction with the Chefs.<\/p>\n

Wine Cellar Villa Melnik is Dieci\u2019s wine partner. The family-owned winery is a driving force for the preservation of indigenous Melnik grape varieties, as well as for the development of the Melnik Wine Routes. In 2020, Villa Melnik was ranked #39 in the \u201cTop 50 World\u2019s Best Vineyards\u201d, thus playing its own part in popularising Bulgaria as a fine wine producer and a wine tourism destination.<\/p>\n

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to Dieci\u2019s Summer Pop-Up dinner at Villa Melnik.\u00a0<\/strong>On August 25th and 26th 2022, Villa Melnik will host two exclusive dinners with Chef Gianfranco Chiarini and Chef Anna Chiarini, who will prepare a 10-course gourmet menu, each course paired with selected\u00a0<\/strong>wines from\u00a0<\/strong>Villa M<\/strong>elnik<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We kindly ask that you to arrive at the winery at 18:30. Dinner will be served promptly at 19:00 for all guests at the same time.<\/p>\n

Places are limited to 10 people per night!<\/p>\n

The dress code is formal, elegant.<\/p>\n
