What are they saying in Italy about Aplauz Ros\u00e9?<\/em><\/p>\n

“Once upon a time, there was Thrace. Those who studied Roman history and still hold in their minds the maps of the empire \u2014 from its peak glory to its decline through splits and invasions \u2014 will surely remember the name of this fertile region of ancient civilization that occupies the south of Bulgaria.<\/em><\/p>\n

Sandy and partially volcanic soils, native grapes (the various types of Melnik, which gives the name to the winery, and the ancestral Mavrud), though today international varieties are also successfully grown. However, it is the two autochthonous varieties (60% and 40%) that form the winning pair creating Aplauz \u2014 a ros\u00e9 with a fine, pale color but an intense sensory signature, featuring notes of pear and strawberry wrapped in a delicious veil of cotton candy memories.<\/em><\/p>\n

But take note: on the palate, the wine (sealed with a glass stopper) is fresh, long, and ‘straight’. Selected by Proposta Vini, it is priced at nearly 15 euros.”<\/em><\/p>\n
