Declaration of consent for the processing of personal data

I agree that my personal data, namely three names, address and email address, are processed by Wine Cellar Villa Melnik Ltd. for the implementation of a contract for purchased goods or ordered services, as well as for sending informational and advertising messages about the products and services of Wine Cellar Villa Melnik Ltd.
 

I give my consent for the period necessary to fulfill the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and Wine Cellar Villa Melnik Ltd., and then for the shorter of:

1. the intended period for storing contractual documents according to the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria or
2. a period of 5 years.

I am informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by requesting it at militza@villamelnik.com, and that my request may not be granted if the same is contrary to the fulfillment of legal obligations of the administrator or the public interest.
