Payment Methods
All product prices on the online store www.villamelnik.com are listed in Euro (EUR), with their equivalent value shown in Bulgarian Leva (BGN) based on the official fixed exchange rate. All prices include VAT.
The listed product prices do not include delivery costs.
The total amount due for the ordered products and delivery costs can be paid using the following methods:

  • Via Credit / Debit Card: Secure payment powered by the BORICA system.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Paid in cash by the Client (or a third party acting on the Client’s behalf) to the courier representative at the time of delivery.

All transactions are processed through a secure platform (BORICA), ensuring the complete protection of user data. By completing a payment, the client confirms that they are authorized to use the card and are aware of the terms and conditions of the issuing bank.

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated separately from the product prices and are displayed immediately before checkout. The shipping fee depends on the selected delivery method:

  • For Sofia and Nationwide (Bulgaria): We ship via courier services to your address or a courier office. Prices are determined according to the current tariff of the courier company we partner with.
  • International Shipping: For deliveries outside of Bulgaria, please reach out to us using our contact details.
  • For Partners & Corporate Clients: For orders and deliveries to shops, restaurants, and other B2B or corporate clients, please contact us directly.

Delivery Times
Orders placed before 10:00 AM are processed and delivered within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM are processed and delivered within 3–4 business days.

Deliveries within Sofia are executed after a confirmation call from our team and approval from the recipient.

Final delivery times depend on the destination town/city and the courier company’s schedule (for smaller settlements).

Return Policy
The Client has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, and without owing any compensation or penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must notify www.villamelnik.com of their decision in writing by providing the order details (order number, purchase date, etc.) via email at [email protected].

In the event of a withdrawal, the client is obliged to return the received products at their own expense to the winery’s address. The items must be in their original packaging and show no signs of use.

The Client loses the right of withdrawal under the following circumstances:

If the product label is torn, altered, or removed.
If the product condition has been damaged.
If the integrity of the product or its packaging (the bottle/seal) has been compromised.

Upon accepting and verifying the returned goods, www.villamelnik.com will refund the amount to the client within 14 days, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount, unless the Client has already returned the goods entirely at their own expense and notified the Supplier accordingly.
