- Winery Tour: An engaging guided journey starting from the vineyards, leading through every stage of modern winemaking, and continuing deep into our iconic underground tunnels carved directly into the sandy hill. Here, our oak barrels, aging bottles, and family library cellar reside. Depending on the season, guests can immerse themselves in winery traditions—from grape harvest to winter pruning.
- Guided Wine Tasting for Two: Led by our professional wine guides, featuring 6 selected wines from indigenous and international varieties. The tasting is accompanied by breadsticks and fresh seasonal fruits. tailored to our guests’ interests, we can include an introductory “First Steps in Tasting” session, a deeper organoleptic analysis of each wine, or an interactive “Aroma Game” with a professional sommelier kit.

You have received a gift voucher for a winery tour and tasting for two at Villa Melnik Family Winery. Our experienced wine guides will walk you along the path of wine—from the vineyards, through every step of the winemaking process, to our underground cellars carved into the sandy hill, where our barrels and bottles mature. Depending on the season, you may even take part in traditional vineyard activities such as the winter pruning or the grape harvest.
Together, we will taste 6 selected wines from local indigenous and international grape varieties, paired with breadsticks and seasonal fruits from our garden. According to your preferences, we can offer an introductory “First Steps in Tasting” lesson, a detailed organoleptic breakdown of each wine, or an interactive “Aroma Game” using a professional sommelier training set.

Long finish and a hint of long development with notes of leather, tobacco and sweet smokiness. A wine that, left in the collection, will continue to give joyful moments in the coming years.
