Wine judge and YouTube wine sensation Dr. Matthew Horkey visited Villa Melnik in December 2025 after – in his own words – years of reading about and dreaming about visiting the Melnik region. He was impressed by our warm hospitality, the beautiful surroundings and the high quality of our wines.
The wine Melnik Family Tree – a blend of the indigenous Shiroka Melnik and it’s modern crossings – left a deep impression on him.
