Variety: Blend of Melnik 55, Mavrud, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah

Vinification: Aged for 42 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.
Characteristics: A gift from nature, a symbol of surprise and synchronicity. A second batch of the wine, left for another 18 months in addition to the initial 24 in oak barrels to tame the wine's exuberant character. It is distinguished by a dense body, explosiveness of dark fruits - blackberry, blackcurrant, black cherry, blueberry. The fruit is wrapped in shades of dark chocolate, coffee and sweet spices. Long finish and a hint of long development with notes of leather, tobacco and sweet smokiness. A wine that, left in the collection, will continue to give joyful moments in the coming years.

Vinification: The wine is made from carefully selected grapes from our own vineyard and matured for 12 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.
Characteristics:
This wine embodies our mission – to preserve and revive unique local grape varieties and produce world-class wines from them. Melnik Family Tree stands out with a medium-intense, beautiful red color. The nose is harmonious and multi-layered, revealing noble notes of moss, resin, and autumn leaves, intertwined with hints of blackberry and tobacco. The palate is dense, structured, and rounded, yet balanced and complex, with accents of black cherry, rosehip, and pepper. A long and memorable finish makes this wine a noble representative of the Melnik varietal family.

With the arrival of the spring season and the transition to white, rosé and lighter red wines, VILA MELNIK offers you a “SPRING FRESHNESS” package. It includes some of our established products as well as some new and little-known wines.
Our focus is on wines with less or no oak aging, which can be easily combined with any spring table.
- Aplauz Chardonnay Sur Lie – golden, dense and complex wine, vinified using French – sur lie technology;
- Orange Wine – Aromatic and dense, orange wine from Viognier and Keratsuda;
- BERGULE Viognier & Chardonnay – Light and fruity wine with aromas of flowers and white fruits;

Bergulé – Cuvee
Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon – 40%, Syrah – 40%, Merlot – 20%

Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel, no oak aging.
Characteristics: Deep garnet color. Impressive and layered nose that reveals great depth. On the palate – juicy, firm, elegant, and lively, with medium structure, excellent freshness, and balance. Long and noble finish.
Bergulé – Mavrud & Melnik
Variety: Mavrud & Shiroka Melnik (Broadleaf Melnik)

Convenient and economical 5-liter packaging.

Varieties: Shiroka Melnishka Loza, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre
Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
Vinification: The maceration of the skins with the juice lasted up to 24 hours, depending on the grape variety. Each variety fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. The blending was done after the end of fermentation.
Food pairing: Sweet desserts, beef, lamb, spicy dishes, cheeses.
