Rare Varieties Melnik Jubilee 1300 is a wine from the indigenous variety Melnik Jubilee 1300, a crossing of Broad-leaved Melnik vine and the Georgian variety Separavi. It is aged 12 months in new oak barrels. The wine has a profoundly deep inky, purple-black color. The aroma is complex – exotic flowers, sandalwood, black fruit, plums, blackberries, ripe raspberries, licorice, chocolate, mocha. The body is balanced with round, ripe tannin and marked acidity. The aftertaste is long and so is the aging potential.
