This unique boutique restaurant is owned by celebrity Chefs Gianfranco and Anna Chiarini. The chefs’ family is renowned in over 114 countries. They have opened numerous restaurants, published a collection of books, and earned several Michelin stars over 35 years in the industry.
Today, the Chiarini family is turning yet another of their ambitious dreams into reality with their newly opened restaurant. Dieci hosts up to 10 people per night and offers a 10-course set seasonal menu. The idea is to offer the perfect dining experience – intimate, memorable, delicious, pure, with a creative approach towards high-quality, authentic, natural products, with respect toward Bulgarian cuisine and toward modern gourmet cuisine. The place is unique as well – the old school at Devino Village, Targovishe Region.
Gianfranco and Anna Chiarini have personally matched the perfect wine to each of the menu’s 10 courses. The wines are produced by the only Bulgarian winery in the Top 50 World’s Best Vineyards – Villa Melnik.
