Winemaking: The wine is made from carefully selected grapes. Aged 12 months in new oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Intense, dark red color. Aromas of black berries, chocolate, smoke. Good tannic structure with a medium body and a long finish. Fine wine with a long aging potential. For connoisseurs and wine collectors.
Food pairings: game meat, pork, mature yellow cheeses; mushrooms, mediterranean spices
