Wine Cellar Villa Melnik invites you to join us for the celebration of St. Trifon Zarezan – guardian of vine growers and winemakers on 11.02.2017 (Saturday)!
The celebration includes:
• Pruning of the vines ritual – starts at 10:30
• Everybody is welcome to try their hand at pruning – our experienced vine growers will teach you how (we provide the shears)
• Tours of the winery – learn more about the winemaking process and the history of wine in the Melnik region
• Taste our newest wines and get special promotions on the day
• Farmer’s market with local produce
• Traditional folklore dancing and singing by local groups
• Photo exhibition
• And a few other surprises!
