Tasting notes: Dark garnet color. Powerful nose of spices, black tea, liquor from black fruit, and earthy tones. Medium, elegant body. Taste with hints of caramel and dried fruit, with a long spicy finish.
Winemaking: The wine is made from carefully hand selected grapes. Aged 15 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.
Food pairings: grouse, turkey meat, chicken
